An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team in a large used car operation in Exeter. This is a fantastic chance to take your career to the next level, with strong opportunities for personal development within a growing company.

The Role

You will oversee a team of 7 sales executives and 2 assistant sales managers, fostering a high-performing environment through:

Leading a structured sales process and coaching team members.
Supporting your team in selling used vehicles, finance packages, GAP insurance, and additional products.
Maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction with a hands-on approach, including first and second-facing customers.
Driving sales campaigns and promotions, while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

We're seeking a proven leader with significant experience in automotive sales management. Key qualities include:
