Corporate Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work accross several of our client’s sites in Central London. The position is working in the front of house team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service in our one tenant buildings.
We are looking for people interested in temporary positions in London, as we cover a number of different vacancies for our clients such as sick, holiday and ongoing bookings.
Receptionist

£13ph - £15ph
Responsibilities:
* Ensure a five* service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests
* Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly
* Deal with any queries from occupiers and guests as well as offering assistance in resolving issues
* Signing in visitors and helping with directions
* Seeing tenants and guests to the available hot desks and meeting rooms
* Booking, preparing, and clearing meeting rooms
* Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
* Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy
* Building relationships with all tenants in the building
We are looking for candidates with customer facing experience in:
* Hotels
* Restaurants
* Corporate
* Airlines
* Marketing/Events
Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times
Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
Be extremely well always presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).
Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients
