Job Description

Suppleo Education are proud to be working in partnership with amazing SEN Schools who have opportunities for Teaching Assistants to join them on a long term basis. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of talented staff on a journey to support individual pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including ASD, SLD, and SEMH.

Job Specification

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Daily Rate: £85 – £100/day
Location: Stoke on Trent
Start Date: asap
Duration: Ongoing
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time
Hours: 8:30-3:30

Experience, Training & Qualifications

Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting

A relevant qualification in a related field would be an advantage but is not essential – we are a CPD accredited course provider and offer FREE training to all of our candidates

A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the update service or a willingness to obtain one via Suppleo Education

Introduction to Safeguarding – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
