* Rate: £13.34 p/h PAYE

* Hours/Days: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

We are looking for a Housing Support Administrator to start an ongoing role asap in the Sutton, SM1 area.

This role is for the Repairs team within the Housing department and will be mainly office based.

Duties:

* To provide comprehensive administrative and staff liaison and customer support for the delivery of repairs and asset management

* To support the team and maximise the efficient use of all in-house systems including, HCRM, Northgate, EDMS, Agresso and Codeman.

* To cover for other team members by working flexibly as and when required

* Support the aids and adaptations co -ordinator

* Support the compliance and risk co -ordinator

* Manages the information flow for residents inspectors

* Supports the Communal Planner with allocating resources to enable completion

* Facilitate & attend meetings and take minutes where we required

* Attend meetings in and out of hours

Requirements:

* 2 years written references with gaps verified

* Experience within a similar role

* Able to work in the office 3+ days per week
