PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate & Lettings Agency

Location: Englefield Green, TW20

Salary: £32k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and industrious Property Manager to join an established Independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in and around the Englefield Green area.

If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management. You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

Experienced in Property Management
ARLA membership helpful
Understanding of current lettings legislation
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
Problem solve effectively
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Knowledge of the local area helpful
Full Driving License and own car essential
