IT Support Analyst - London - Financial Services
Providing technical support to staff and troubleshooting IT-related issues.
Ensuring the maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Working closely with the technology department to ensure smooth operations.
Implementing IT solutions that enhance business operations.
Documenting IT procedures and creating user guides.
Providing training to staff on IT systems and protocols.
Monitoring system performance and reporting on any anomalies.
Contributing to the development and implementation of IT strategies.Profile
IT Support Analyst - London - Financial Services
A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in IT support roles, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Experience supporting Trade floor systems and Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.Job Offer
