A growing accountancy firm in the heart of London City is seeking an Operations Assistant to join their busy team. They are flexible on working patterns and are keen to find someone who can hit the ground running.
Your new role
Liaising with clients
Ensuring all documentation for clients is uploaded onto the system
Conducting client payment runs
General team assistant duties include setting up meetings, filing and working closely with the wider team.
Creating reports
Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Managing any communications via phone / email
Ensure invoices are accurate when reviewing and filingWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience in a professional services firm within an operations/admin-based position
Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
