Project Manager - High-End Luxury Construction
Salary c£46,000 - £54,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Benefits
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

They deliver bespoke, high-end construction projects for both commercial and residential clients, setting the standard for quality and luxury. Key Responsibilities: an additional Project Manager to oversee high-spec projects in London and across the South East.
The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium, bespoke projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers a dynamic environment, with regular travel to project sites in London and the South East, while maintaining flexibility with some remote work.
Manage high-spec, luxury construction projects from design to completion
Liaise with Sales, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project handover and site operations
Organise and co-ordinate in-house labour and sub-contractors
Communicate regularly with logistics to ensure materials and equipment meet project demands
Provide regular updates to clients via internal database and manage client correspondence
Monitor job costs and progress against budgets during management meetings
Ensure variations are identified and signed off
Represent the company at site meetings, take minutes, and keep clients informed of progress
Oversee Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-spec construction or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across London and the South East
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work closely with design teams and maintain a high standard of project delivery
