I’m recruiting on behalf of my client, a growing technology company transforming the restaurant industry. They offer seamless solutions for customers to view menus, place orders, and pay via their phones, while optimizing restaurant operations. The company provides POS systems, tableside ordering, kitchen displays, and more.
Position Summary
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, building relationships and securing new business with restaurant owners and managers. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-growing startup and contribute directly to its success.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
· Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly and yearly targets.
· Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
· Share feedback from clients to improve the service.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall goals.
Requirements
· 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in POS, hospitality, or tech industries.
· Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Motivated, organized, and self-driven.
· English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
· Uncapped commission: £250 per venue
· Bonus: £5,000 for 84 restaurants per year
