The Role
As the Exams Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient organization of all internal and external examinations across the school. You will be responsible for:

* Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the administration of exams.

* Managing the exam timetable, ensuring minimal disruption to the school’s schedule.

* Liaising with exam boards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

* Communicating with students, staff, and parents regarding exam arrangements.

* Recruiting, training, and managing a team of invigilators.

* Ensuring secure storage and distribution of exam materials.

* Preparing and submitting accurate exam entries and results.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous individual with:

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

* Knowledge of exam board regulations (experience in a similar role is desirable).

* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across the school community.

* IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and MIS systems.
