About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of Cat A and Cat B fitouts for commercial office spaces. Based in London, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple fitout projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of projects. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of Cat A and Cat B fitout projects, from pre-construction to handover.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk management.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the project are effectively managed.
Ensure projects comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor quality, progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Lead project meetings, including progress updates, risk assessments, and problem-solving sessions.
Manage change requests and ensure accurate documentation of any alterations to project scope.Key Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering Cat A and Cat B fitout projects within the commercial sector.
In-depth knowledge of the fitout industry, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and motivate staff to meet project objectives.
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Ability to think strategically and problem-solve under pressure.
A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
PQS or RICS qualifications (or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.Benefits:
