Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off (11-hour rotating shifts, 24/7)

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT Service Centre in Camberley. With the demand for our services increasing, we need driven individuals to help us support the UK's critical infrastructure. What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and portals
Log incidents, track requests, and provide regular updates
Dispatch engineers and liaise with vendors to meet SLAs
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationshipsWho You Are:

Experienced in customer service (helpdesk, retail, or call centre)
Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Teams)
