We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team for an initial 3-month period, supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing high-quality candidates for various live job opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to develop valuable skills in the recruitment industry while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing: Assist our consultants in identifying and engaging with experienced, quality candidates for various vacancies.
* Candidate Engagement: Build rapport quickly and professionally with candidates via phone, in person, or online (e.g., Teams).
* Pre-screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for live job opportunities.
* Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records, ensuring accurate categorisation and efficient tracking.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
