Frontline Recruitment is seeking candidates to work at our client’s manufacturing site in Bardon, LE67.

Key Responsibilities

Work across different stations, from handling timber frames to completing finished products.

*

Cut materials, staple, assemble, and conduct quality checks.

What to Expect

You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with semi-automated lines.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Access to their own transport or live locally.

*

A good level of English.

*

Experience with manual and power tools.

Shift Pattern

*

Monday – Friday with overtime available.

*

Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, with plans to move to a rotating AM/PM shift pattern.

Pay and Benefits

*

Hourly Rate: £12.40 per hour.

*

Overtime: £18.60 after 37.5 hours; Sunday: £24.80 per hour.

*

Site Walkthrough: weekly site tours with immediate start for a successful candidates

Additional Information

*

Temp-to-Perm: after 12 weeks.

*

Skill Enhancement Bonus: An additional £0.60 per hour for each upskilled role.

No minimum experience or formal qualifications are required—training will be provided on-site however stable work history and knowledge of using hand and manual tools are required.
