Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.Experience required:

Experience
Strong understanding of the Buy to Let and or Commercial mortgage sector
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry
Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
Proven track record in sales
CeMAP qualification would be desirable but not essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the most suitable lenders for clientsTrusting Stellar Select:
