  • Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
  • Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.
Experience required:
  • Strong understanding of the Buy to Let and or Commercial mortgage sector
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
  • Proven track record in sales
  • CeMAP qualification would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the most suitable lenders for clients
