About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction process, providing precise cost assessments for a variety of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate costs.

* Work closely with stakeholders to identify project risks and opportunities.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and standards.

* Review and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.

* Ensure all estimates comply with company guidelines and client expectations.

* Participate in meetings and site visits as needed to gather necessary information.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally in construction or related industries.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
