About This Role:
You'll collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with organizational objectives. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Your main goal will be to provide precise cost assessments for a variety of projects, analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate costs. Additionally, you will review and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify project risks and opportunities, driving business growth through informed decision-making.
