Our Client are a leading a leading Tier One Developer known for delivering high-quality, innovative construction projects.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Buyer to join our dedicated procurement team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with our high standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.

* Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for money.

* Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure reliability and quality.

* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.

* Monitor market trends and maintain a strong understanding of industry developments.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
