Job Descriptions

* 3 Days per week position

* Visits to the sites required

* Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System

* Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents

* Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client

* Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings

* Experience of drafting technical reports

Person Specification

* Required DBS

* Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB

* Previous experience surveying domestic properties
