Fulfilment Agent - Join Our Dynamic Team

SHIFTS- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of transport operations? Join us as a Fulfilment agent and take on a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective execution of daily fulfilment activities. You will be at the heart of managing bulk distribution movements, optimising driver and vehicle usage, and cultivating a strong safety culture. By supporting transport planning and managing customer data, you'll also work closely with the Transport Controller to ensure fleet and driver compliance. When the Transport Controller is absent, you will step up as a key point of contact, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge
To thrive in this role, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who has:

Transport/Logistics Background: Experience in the transport or logistics sector is preferred.
Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of driving hours, vehicle compliance, and safety regulations.
Safety Focus: A strong understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with clear communication both written and verbal.
Commitment to Compliance: A solid focus on maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring Compliance: Assist in meeting regulatory requirements related to health, safety, transport, and inventory management.
Vehicle Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with vehicle workshops to ensure timely maintenance and inspections.
Regularly assess vehicles to meet performance and compliance standards.
Partner with the Transport Planning team to enhance vehicle routing efficiency.
Respond to customer complaints related to transport operations with urgency and professionalism.
Ensure all transport incidents are reported and managed according to protocol.
Driver Debriefs & Data Management: Oversee debriefing processes to ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry.
Utilise telematics software to track driving behaviour and implement improvements.
Maintain a focus on exceptional service and customer satisfaction throughout the fulfilment process.
