About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a thriving primary school in Barking & Dagenham, starting in January 2025. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Passion for education and the welfare of children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Supporting students’ individual learning needs and promoting inclusivity.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver the school’s curriculum.
• Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
