Job Description: Early Years Lead Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and creative EYFS teacher to lead our early years team, delivering high-quality education to children aged 3-5. As the EYFS teacher, you will develop engaging lesson plans that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence, driving academic excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver dynamic, child-centered lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, driving pupil progress and achievement.
  2. Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery, meeting the diverse needs of our pupils.
  3. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support children's development and learning, working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  4. Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child, driving continuous improvement.
  5. Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere that prioritizes children's well-being and emotional growth, providing a secure base for learning.
