GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Teacher of Engineering to our client based in Doncaster. The Teacher of Engineering will equip students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education. They will work with a school with fantastic employer links and will support the development of employer led learning as well as the wider curriculum. This could be a great opportunity for somebody looking to move from industry into education if they can demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the classroom.

Main Duties of the Teacher of Engineering:

Work with all ages and abilities, delivering engaging and innovative lessons
Effectively track data and contribute to intervention plans
Creation of exciting and engaging teaching and learning resources
Work with all students to maximise outcomes regardless of student ability
Keep up to date with relevant curricular and educational developments
Consistently reflect on teaching practices and maintain openness to learning new ideas and techniquesRole Requirements:

Excellent teaching skills and genuine interest in teaching and learning pedagogy
A degree in a relevant DT subject
Excellent communication skills
Strong ICT skills
Good knowledge of special education needs, within a mainstream setting
