About the Teaching Role

We are seeking a skilled Secondary Design Technology Teacher to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Design Technology, including specialisms such as Engineering and Construction.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Design Technology or a related field. They should also have experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, based on experience. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A degree in Design Technology or a related field
• Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement
