Role Overview

As an Estimator-Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of ensuring fire safety compliance for clients. This hybrid role combines site visits, office work, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fire door and compartmentation surveys.
Produce precise remedial work quotes, ensuring compliance with regulations and methodologies.
Update systems and asset records with comprehensive documentation and photos.
Provide informal advice to fire officers and surveyors to improve safety measures.
Audit completed remedial works, ensuring they meet technical guidance and accreditation standards.
Support the sales team with technical estimates and supplier negotiations.
Maintain professional development to stay abreast of industry changes.

What We're Looking For

Experience in fire protection systems, surveying, or a related field.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
A "right-first-time" mindset, excellent attention to detail, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
A full UK driving license.
