As a Clinical Lead, you will:

Ensure clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements.
Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
Mentor and support colleagues and students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
Advocate for person-centred care for residents and their families.
Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately.
The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will:

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be committed to delivering person-centred care.
Understand safeguarding responsibilities and procedures.
