About the Role:

We're looking for a compassionate and dynamic Learning Support Assistant to work closely with SEMH students, leveraging media skills to inspire, engage, and provide meaningful learning experiences. This unique role combines specialized support with creative outlets, allowing students to thrive academically and emotionally in a safe, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

Support SEMH Students: Work closely with students to help them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

Use Your Media Skills: Use media tools like video, photography, and design to engage students and make learning fun and meaningful.

Work with Teachers: Help teachers plan and deliver lessons that suit each student's unique needs.

Build Positive Spaces: Create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable and confident.

About You:

Background: Experience in media (e.g., photography, video editing, digital storytelling).

Experience with SEMH: Experience working with students with social and emotional needs is a plus.

Skills: Great communication, patience, and the ability to make media exciting for students.

Passion for Helping Others: You genuinely want to help young people grow and express themselves.
