Architectural Designer

Are you an experienced Architectural Designer eager to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for translating creative designs into precise, buildable plans? If so, we want you to join our clients dynamic team in their Cambridge office.
About the Role:
As an Architectural Designer, you’ll be at the heart of their projects, working alongside a team from design, through planning and building control. Your main responsibility will be to develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for residential, education and commercial projects.
You will ensure all designs adhere to current building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. In addition, you’ll conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any technical challenges, ensuring that designs are executed as intended.
Qualifications and Skills for Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in technical drawing, building regulations, and construction processes.
* Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
* Experience in preparing detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
