Trainee Area Sales Manager North East England

As a Trainee Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be the driving force behind the growth and expansion in the North East of England territory, focusing on the Electrical Wholesale market.

This role is designed for an individual with an understanding of engineering practices and terminology, eager to channel their passion into a rewarding career in field sales. The chosen candidate will receive comprehensive training, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to excel.

The role responsibilities include:-

* Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients within the Electrical Wholesale market.

* Managing existing clients and prospecting to bring in new clients

* Implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.- A basic understanding of engineering concepts and terminology

Seeking a self-motivated individual with a resilient drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
