Salary: £14.84 (£27,000 Per annum)
Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am – 7pm (8 hours per day) –Hybrid
Location: Liverpool, City Centre
I am seeking a detail oriented and organised temporary Finance Administrator to join a fantastic company in Liverpool City Centre. This role will primarily focus on assisting with credit notes and invoices, requiring Excel skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in finance within a fast-paced professional environment.
As a Finance Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
Generating and processing credit notes and invoices accurately.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Utilising Excel to manage and organise financial data efficiently.
Collaborating with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements as the finance administrator assistant:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience in a finance-related role is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills.
Duration:
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
