We are supporting one of our most popular clients, where our candidates are always made to feel welcome and supported with a new and exciting role in their recruitment team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our inclusive hiring approach. You don't need prior experience in HR or recruitment - we're looking for someone with ambition, great organisational skills, and a passion for supporting our team.

🌟 What you'll do: 🌟

Review applications and shortlist candidates for review by a Recruitment Partner
Schedule and invite candidates to interviews
Respond to queries and provide feedback to candidates
Ensure systems and trackers are up to date
Monitor and respond to queries in the careers inbox and social channels
Create content for our social channels
Collaborate with the recruitment team, sharing ideas and offering support
Provide occasional support on outreach work and programmes👉 What you'll bring: 👈

Some co-ordination/administrative experience is preferred
Proven organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work at pace while paying attention to detail
Curiosity to learn about different teams and our inclusive hiring approach
Interest in recruitment/HR/talent💼 This is a temporary role, starting on November 19th, 2024, and ending on December 24th, 2024.
