Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday - Friday office hours

Training: No holiday allowed during the first 3 weeks of training
About the Role:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries
Process payment plans and up sell products
Create and manage new and existing customer accounts
Utilise Five9 phone system and Management program
