- Qualified English teacher with a strong teaching record
- In-depth knowledge of English, literacy, and oracy

Job Description:
- Support the ethos and values of the academy
- Raise the profile of English across the academy and support students at risk of underachieving
- Lead departmental meetings and contribute to staff development
- Collaborate on curriculum design and evaluation
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous professional development initiatives
- Organise enrichment activities and maintain strong links with external agencies
