What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and the maintenance of visual merchandising.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and reporting.
Recruiting, training, and developing your team to ensure their success.
Creating an engaging, welcoming store atmosphere that reflects our brand values.
Maximising sales opportunities through strong leadership and an understanding of fashion retail trends.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior role within fashion retail.
