Zenith People have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team identifying and sourcing candidates to fill roles using the in-house database, social media and jobs boards.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will need to be resilient, pro-active and think on your feet. The ability to confidently speak over the telephone is essential as this is often the preferred method of contact. We will welcome applications from candidates with a Recruitment background but will also consider those who are enthusiastic to move into this sector. Maybe you have previously worked in Manufacturing or Sales/Customer Service and are looking for a new challenge?

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Supporting team members by in sourcing candidates for client vacancies
* Working on own given roles and ensuring the recruitment process is followed
* Advertising of job posts when required to various recruitment platforms
* Filter applicants online with job criteria and carry out candidate searches on relevant jobs boards
* Telephone screen applicants to assess suitability to jobs
* Arranging candidate interviews for specific vacancies
* Face to face interview candidates to assist in the presentation of short-lists to clients
* Adding all new candidates to the database and ensuring compliance
* Supporting other members of the team with database compliance
* Taking vacancy details from Clients and creating job and person specifications as required
* Preparing candidates CV’s and profiles to send to Clients in the correct format
* Arranging Client interviews – confirming with both Client and Candidate and briefing Candidates
* Confirming starts and ensuring relevant confirmation and information are distributed
* Ensuring all legislative requirements are met with regards to the registration of candidates (including ID, RTW and qualification checking)
* Compliance and enforcement of internal policies, standards and procedures including ISO
* Effectively managing the permanent database of clients and candidates to ensure quality, integrity and compliance of data
* Gathering information, knowledge and skills as part of Continuous Professional Development to ensure an informed service is delivered
* Sending speculative CV’s and e-shots
* Lead generation & follow up
* Maintaining contact with dormant clients & frequent contact with candidates
* Contributing to Social Media, digital contact and marketing initiatives
* General administrative duties as required
