Executive & HR Assistant

Job descriptionThis role supports the Managing Director (MD), Board of Directors, and HR Manager. You'll assist the MD with managing a busy schedule and provide administrative support to the HR team, particularly in recruitment and onboarding.
Key Objectives
Provide professional, discreet support to the MD, Board, and HR Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Support to the MD:
Manage calls and handle complex diary scheduling
Prepare letters, reports, and documents
Organise company mail and quarterly Board Meetings
Arrange travel bookings and coordinate events
Liaise with senior contacts, clients, and suppliers
Provide support for MD’s personal arrangements when required
Organise meetings and arrange refreshmentsBoard of Directors Support:
Draft letters and handle travel arrangementsHR Support (Recruitment):
Manage CVs, schedule interviews, and update recruitment records
Provide feedback to candidates and agencies
Post job vacancies and update internal departments
Assist with apprentice recruitment and onboarding
Create offer and induction packs for new hiresGeneral Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies
Maintain office cleanliness and organisation
Post outgoing mail and keep kitchen supplies stocked
Stay flexible to handle additional duties as needed
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
35 Hours - Mon-Friday
8:30 - 16:30
