Mobile Multi-Trader

Location: Primarily within the M25 and Essex, with occasional travel as far north as the Midlands and as far south as Southampton
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established fitout client specialising in projects up to £1m in value. They are looking for two experienced Mobile Multi-Traders to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values skilled, professional tradespeople who can deliver to a high standard.

The Role

As a Multi-Trader, you will:

* Report to a Site Manager or Contracts Manager, supporting fitout projects across various sites.

* Carry out hands-on multi-trade tasks such as fitting door frames and basic construction work.

* Be assigned full-time to larger projects (£500k+), or manage multiple smaller sites.

* Represent the company professionally with clients and subcontractors.

What They’re Looking For

* A skilled multi-trader with a proven background in construction or refurbishment projects.

* Someone professional and clear in their communication, able to liaise with teams and clients effectively.

* Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

* SSSTS certification is advantageous but not essential; the client is willing to support training for the right candidate.
