Customer Service Executive

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
A leader in pharmaceutical and health distribution services since 1999, is expanding its Customer Service team and is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic and fast-paced department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and has experience working within a busy customer service environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery issues, and order discrepancies.
Handling incoming calls as the first point of contact and taking the lead on resolving issues and collaborating with other departments to gather product information.
Processing orders accurately and ensuring they meet customer expectations.
Logging and tracking customer queries, ensuring they are followed through to completion and resolved efficiently.Person Specification:
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, and previous administrative experience.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and take a confident, innovative approach to problem-solving.
Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Have the confidence to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Benefits:
