Senior Business Development Manager/Pre-Sales Manager – CCTV Products & Solutions
Location: North West, with national travel
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) + Annual Bonus, Company Car, 33 Days Holiday, Pension, Phone & Laptop
Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a passion for technology and security solutions? This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established security distributor, specialising in a leading range of CCTV products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with both internal and external sales teams to drive new business opportunities and create brand awareness for our CCTV product range.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aimed at increasing market share.
- Proactively identify and develop new business channels, contributing to the growth of the brand within the security and surveillance sector.
- Support the pre-sales process, acting as a technical consultant for potential clients and assisting in solution design.
- Confidently close new business sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development or pre-sales within the security, CCTV, or related technology sector.
- A proactive, consultative sales approach with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Experience in product management or sales & marketing would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
