* Working hours ; Monday to Friday flexible on hours maybe 6:00 to 14:30 or 07:00 to 15:30 (flexible)

This warehouse supervisor jobs role is with a business which has a 50,000 to 60,000 square feet facility. The warehouse is well structured, well organised, clean and tidy. This is NOT high pressure. The team of 10 are excellent. We need a Warehouse supervisor who takes pride in their work, takes pride in the warehouse when it comes to tidiness, systems, processes, H&S and their team. They are good with IT so you will need to have good IT skills and take an interest in improving systems

Informal notes on the warehouse supervisor jobs role

* Nothing broken here – we need someone who can come in help with planning and continue the success of the business

* The team (10 approx.) are good. You will have 2x direct reports – warehouse team leaders

* The business has good IT systems and a good WMS. You will need to be good with WMS / planning software/ have decent IT skills

* It is a great role – nothing broken – a successful medium sized business

What we are looking for in this warehouse supervisor jobs role

* A warehouse manager or warehouse supervisor in the Daventry, Rugby, Crick, Southam, Northampton, Towcester, Lutterworth region (commutable to Daventry)

* A warehouse supervisor or shift manager who takes pride in their warehouse. Someone who likes to ensure things are organised, tidy, safe, clean

* This is NOT a high pressure environment.

* The team are friendly and easy to manager. We do NOT want someone who is a sergeant major – they have a friendly collaborative environment – so we want someone who is organised and a good friendly sensible leader
