Job scope:
We are looking to recruit a Nursing Deputy Manager for our client’s care home, where commitment to high-quality, compassionate care is paramount. As a Nursing Deputy Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated team of nurses and carers in providing exceptional, person-centered care, helping residents live with dignity and well-being. You will play a central role in creating, implementing, and auditing individualized care plans to ensure each resident's unique needs are met.
The Nursing Deputy Manager will assess residents’ needs to promote overall well-being, while also taking on operational responsibilities, stepping in for the manager as needed to ensure the home’s standards and operational efficiency are consistently upheld. Do you have?
* Valid NMC pin with advanced clinical skills and experience to address residents’ medical needs and enhance well-being.
* Strong commitment to high-quality care with a drive to exceed expectations.
* Demonstrated personal and professional development since registration, highlighting continuous learning.
* Experience in a leadership role, with proven ability to manage staff and maintain high care standards.
* Background in elderly care, particularly in dementia or end-of-life care.
* Proficient in electronic care planning systems (preferably PCS) to ensure accurate, person-centered care plans.
* Skilled in creating individualized, person-centered care plans that meet residents’ unique needs.
* Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, indicating advanced leadership capabilities. (Desirable)
