Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

£40,000 - £45,000 + Performance Related Bonus + Progression + Specialist Company Training + Vehicle + Pension

Hybrid role, commutable from Cwmbran, Cardiff, Newport, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Pontypool, and the surrounding areas.

This role involves working closely with your team to ensure excellence in estimating project costs, expanding and strengthening the supply chain, managing purchase orders with precision, and overseeing monthly valuations. You will be based across sites in the Southwest and in the office, playing a key role in driving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving exercises, and building robust supplier relationships. Throughout, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the department while maintaining a strong presence across different sites.

The Role:
*Lead key commercial activities, including supply chain growth, cost-saving initiatives, and managing monthly valuations and purchase orders.
*Oversee and shape the development of the department, implementing processes that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
*Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery of services.
*Receive tailored training and support to enhance management skills and drive career progression within the company.

The Candidate:
*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
*Keen to manage and lead to team
*Full UK Drivers Licence
