Experience and Skills Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

* Proven experience in accounting systems management and project coordination.

* Strong knowledge of accounting processes and software.

* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
