**Role**:Independent Support Programme Coordinator, supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities as part of the **halow project**.

**Location**:Our head office is in central Guildford where this role will primarily be based, with opportunities for occasional remote working.

**Hours**:Full time **37.5** hours per week, Monday-Friday, and occasional weekend work to oversee delivery as agreed with line manager.

**Salary**: £25,500 per annum.

**Annual Leave**: 33 days pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays.

**About The Role**

As an important part of **halow**’s Care team, the **Independent Support Programme Coordinator **is responsible for the coordination of and supporting the delivery of our Independent Support Programme (ISP). This programme provides support to adults with learning disabilities and autism across Surrey within their communities as part of our mission to nurture and develop their independence.

This role involves working with key stakeholders to manage and schedule the performance and working patterns of the ISP team, interacting with the adults on the programme to plan and evaluate their goals, liaising with community partners including venues and communicating with key people in the adults lives such as their parents and social workers. As such, adaptability and confidence when communicating is vital for this position.

**The nature of this role means that you must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Please note we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship.**
