This role will involve the successful candidate travelling to client sites within the M25 and providing a range of planned and reactive services. With COMCAT knowledge successful and an electrical qualification advantageous, the correct individual will feel comfortable installing, repairing and maintaining a mixture of gas and electrical equipment.

The Role:

Monday to Friday from 05:00 to 14:00 with mid-week overtime at 1.5x and weekend overtime at 2x. Work one in three weekends.
Provide a range of planned and reactive installations, maintenance and repair of a wide range of commercial catering equipment
Travel to a variety of client sites within the M25, mainly within hotels, restaurants and occasionally schools and mobile catering vans
Fault finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment including refrigeration
Equipment repairs include Combi Ovens, Tandori Ovens, Rabata Grills and Hot Holding CupboardsThe Person:

Proven experience within a similar role
Hold valid COMCAT qualification
