HVAC and M&E Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC and M&E maintenance engineer to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC and M&E systems within the M25 area.

The successful candidate will have experience working on electrical and HVAC systems, with a strong background in fault-finding and repair. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills further through additional training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks on HVAC and M&E systems
  • Identify and repair faults on electrical and HVAC equipment
  • Test and commission new installations
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Requirements:

  • NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience working on electrical and HVAC systems
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits:

£48,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days' holiday and company pension scheme. Overtime is available at 1.5x/2x rate, with call-out rota and standby allowance. Additional training is offered to upskill engineers.
