Simple Recruitment are looking for a part-time Warehouse Administrator for our client based in Shepton Mallet to join their team on a permanent basis.

Warehouse Administrators hold the inventory of a business and ensure that items are held safely, kept organised, and delivered and received on time. For a distributor to run effectively, it requires Warehouse Administrators to operate effectively and safely.

The Job
This is a part-time role that will see the Warehouse Administrator aid in the smooth running of the warehouse, picking and packing orders for dispatch and booking company shipments with couriers.

Key responsibilities:

* Receive deliveries.

* Scan delivery notes and send them to the Commercial team

* Manage the warehouse and company stock, performing regular stocktakes.

* Collating and shipping exhibition equipment and products with the Marketing and Events Manager.

Key Requirements:

* Good literacy and numeracy skills.

* Must be physically fit with no lingering injuries, as you will be lifting and carrying.

* Previous experience of working as a warehouse administrator is desirable.

* Due to the location, a valid license and your own transport are essential.
