The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of helping people find their dream homes while building a rewarding career in property sales. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting property viewings and valuations

* Negotiating between buyers and sellers

* Managing your own portfolio of properties

* Building strong client relationships

* Contributing to the branch's sales targets

* Utilising the latest CRM systems and property portals

* Maintaining high standards of customer service

* Starting salary of £24,000 (for trainees)

* Uncapped commission structure based on banked fees

* Realistic OTE of £32,000

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Estate agency or lettings experience (preferred but not essential)

* Professional sales experience in any sector considered

* Full clean UK driving licence (essential)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Results-driven mindset

* Professional appearance and manner

* Good IT literacy

* Flexibility to work some weekends (rota basis)
