Location: London NW10, (Part WFH available)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

Our award-winning client is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious Bid Writer to join their practice in London.

What you will do as a Bid Writer:

* Collaborate with the Principal and Senior Team to produce high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, case studies and newsletters.

* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation, ensuring a consistent approach.

* Monitor tender portals identifying and presenting relevant opportunities

* Produce and compile bid documents

* Manage and update all marketing collateral

* Review competition lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations

Experience & Skills for this role:

* Proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world

* Exceptional writing skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong copywriting and copyediting abilities.

* Skilled in PowerPoint and InDesign.

* Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
